This is the place where the snippets go. My interwebs junk drawer so to speak. I have too many other blogs that are themed but never seem to get any attention (from me). Here is a lazy opportunity to shove it all into a spot, cram it away, and then rediscover it later.

Last Night at the Durham Bulls
So I've just wrapped up three games in a row at the Durham Bulls as they hosted the Scranton Yankees. It was a fun few days and exactly what I wanted to do for my birthday (which is later this week). The Yankees lost two of the three games I went to (splitting the series) but what was fun was seeing some spare parts from the big club and a few prospects play up close and personal. I even got hit on the wrist by a Shelley Duncan foul ball last night.
Highlights included Kei Igawa getting shelled, Kei Igawa's response when Dad asked him when he was going to earn his money (a dumb nod), talking to Shelley Duncan before Sunday's game about OPS, nearly getting hit by a foul ball, and seeing a guy in the stands try to catch a foul ball and dump his beer on his 8 year old daughter instead.
